All Star Heavy Haul & Towing, Inc

"Extremely misleading pricing. I was quoted an hourly rate plus a 3% card fee, but they never disclosed that the clock starts running the moment the truck leaves their yard/office rather than upon arrival. Adding travel time without upfront notice is deceptive and hidden billing. Be very careful and get everything in writing before using their service." Deceptive rates and lack of transparency. I was quoted an hourly rate plus a 3% card fee, but they never informed me that they started charging from the moment the tow truck left their office, not from the moment it arrived at the location.
