It’s absolutely crazy how you guys advertise a 24 hour service but then I’ve been calling all morning over 30 times on your customer service and helpline and not a single damn person has answered Been literally ringing your guys lines for over and hour

Constant wrongful towing. I am a resident and parked my car in a visitor parking spot so that I can clean my garage and when I went back to get my vehicle I learned it was towed. It was less than an hour and thirty minutes! It cost me 311 to get my car back and every time I call to dispute it no one answers and calls me back. I bought the car brand new so the only thing I can think of is it does not have a registration sticker, but I have legal paperwork that shows proof of registration until my sticker comes in, but I was still parked in a visitor's spot so it should not have been towed.
