Seemed to go smooth until the pickup window expectation between 3 and 4. Was told the driver would call within 30 minutes of arriving and never got one. Waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be told there is no recourse for the failure to meet a set expectation. Was told everyone who works there are subcontractors, so they have no power to do anything. Don't expect much because cjc will likely not meet it

SCAMMERS. The quoted me an offer then lowballed me by hundreds of dollars upon arrival. Then the tow driver started yelling at me and being incredibly rude because I wouldn’t let it go for less then the price that was given to me over the phone and what was on the receipt.
