Really appreciated working with Paul and the team to bring a car from Indiana to Boston. Good communication, very responsive and detailed the process from end-to-end. Went off without a hitch!
They delivered my car from NJ to FLA in 2 days. Everything was great. After reading the reviews of many of the national companies I had decision paralysis. I was concerned about the bait and switch that seems to go in that industry. A friend recommended PAL The only negative was they didn’t pick the car up at my house as was agreed upon. I live on a main road so it shouldn’t have been an issue. However, the alternate pick up spot was only 5 minutes away so not a big deal. I think that is fairly common.
Update: worked with Mr. Fay and tried this company once more. The service was great this time, driver arrived early, no issues with delivery. With the cars and bids delivery issue, will caulk that up to a rare one time issue.
