If I could give the dispatchers at this company zero stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not dispatch service.

I called to get a tow and was told the driver would be here within an hour after an hour and a half of waiting i called ti see whete he was and i was told another hour at least so I canceled the service not to mention every person I talked to on the phone sounded like they hate there jobs and I got hung up on at the end for not being ok with waiting at least another hour

Chris from TowLogic was a great help getting me unstuck in Crestview. I was stuck down a dirt road and couldn’t get out. Thanks again for your help.
